القرار الظنّي أكد ملكية الـ"القوات" للـ"ال.بي.سي" في الدعوى ضدّ بيار الضاهر

أصدر قاضي التحقيق في بيروت، فادي العنيسي، قراره الظني في الدعوى المقامة من حزب "القوات اللبنانية" ممثلاً برئيس الهيئة التنفيذية الدكتور سمير جعجع ضد المؤسسة اللبنانية للارسال "ال.بي.سي" ورئيس مجلس ادارتها بيار الضاهر وأعضاء مجلس الادارة والشركات الملحقة بها بجرائم اساءة الأمانة والاختلاس والاحتيال وتخبئة أموال الجهة المدعية وتهريب هذه الأموال.

Two Lebanese Troops Found Dead in Smar Jbeil -

Tanios Yammine and Chahine Elia, two Lebanese troops, were found dead Saturday morning inside the army's barracks in the Batroun area of Smar Jbeil.
The state-run National News Agency that carried the report did not mention additional details on how they died.
However, it said that the military police has started its investigation into the incident.
